7 Days Cabbage soup Diet




Here's a sample Cabbage Soup Diet plan:

Day 1: Cabbage soup and all the fruit you want except bananas. Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, or water.

Day 2: Cabbage soup, all the low-calorie vegetables you want (except beans, peas, or corn), and a baked potato with butter.

Day 3: Cabbage soup and a mixture of the above fruit and vegetables.

Day 4: Cabbage soup, up to eight bananas, and two glasses of skim milk.

Day 5: Cabbage soup, up to 20 ounces of beef, chicken or fish, up to six fresh tomatoes, and at least 6-8 glasses of water.

Day 6: Cabbage soup, up to 3 beef steaks, and unlimited vegetables.

Day 7: Cabbage soup, up to 2 cups of brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and unlimited vegetables.

A cabbage soup diet is a type of diet plan that involves eating one thing all day for the duration of the diet. That one food choice is cabbage soup. A person on a cabbage soup diet will eat either cabbage soup only or cabbage soup and very little else for the entire length of the diet. This diet is intended for those who want to shed extra pounds quickly.

There are many different recipes for the cabbage soup consumed as the focal point of the cabbage soup diet. For example, one recipe for cabbage soup includes cabbage, water, chicken soup flavoring, broth, or soup stock, seasoning, peppers, and onions. Along with this meal, which is typically consumed a couple of times per day, the dieter may eat fruits and vegetables. Plenty of water is encouraged, and milk is allowed as long as it's skim. On a couple of days per week, a dieter may be allowed to eat a small amount of lean meat, and a baked potato or rice side is allowed at least once per week.

According to proponents of the cabbage soup diet, dieters can lose about 10 pounds (4.53 kg) per week with this weight loss plan. However, they recommend following the diet for only one week at a time. If dieters want to try another week on this diet, it is best to wait a bit first.

Siku ya tatu

Vinavyohitajika:
1.Avocado moja lililoiva vyema.



2.Mtindi kijiko kimoja cha chakula.




3.Asali asilia (natural honey).



4.Maji ya ndimu/limao.




Namna ya kutayarisha:
Kata Avocado katika vipande viwili, ondoa kokwa na menya.
Changanya avocado ulomenya na mtindi, asali na maji ya ndimu au limao. Koroga mapaka upate mchanganyiko wa hali moja halafu weka pembeni.
Chukua maganda ya avocado na kwa upande wa ndani ya maganda hayo sugulia uso na shingo. Kufanya hivyo husaidia kuondoa seli zilizokufa na ngozi zilizoharibika. Pia huutayarisha uso kwa ajili ya mask.
Kisha paka mchanganyiko uliotayarisha usoni na shingoni (sio machoni).
Subiri kwa dakika 15 na kisha osha kwa maji vuguvugu.

Know your Skin Type

Normal Skin

If you skin belongs to a normal type, the tissue will not reveal any traces of oil. Your skin should feel vibrant, elastic, and supple. Normal skin is the least problematic type.
It looks clean and smooth and has a good circulation and healthy complexion. Even with a minimum care, it will look good well into your advanced age.


 Dry Skin

If your skin is dry, the paper will be clean, too, but your face skin will feel flaky, dry, and tight after you have wiped it.Dry skin can easily develop a sallow tone, wrinkles, and fine pores, and it is very prone to aging and irritating. It might still look great on a young person, but, to keep it healthy, you should apply thorough care and use regular skin or beauty treatment with natural masks and moisturizers.

Oily Skin

If you have oily skin, the paper will have spots of facial oil on it, corresponding to the areas of your cheeks, nose, and forehead. Oily skin is problematic – it usually looks greasy, thick, coarse, and shiny, has enlarged pores, and tends to break into acne.A good thing, though, is that oily skin is not prone much to aging and wrinkling. Careful cleaning, minimizing of carbohydrate consumption, and avoiding rich creams can be helpful in improving the quality of oily skin.

Combination Skin

Combination skin has patches of both dry and oily skin, and it requires different types of care in relation to particular facial areas. Dry zones, which are usually located on the cheeks and around the eyes, should be treated with rich creams and moisturizers, while oily areas, usually on the forehead and nose, will benefit from frequent and thorough cleaning.

Sensitive Skin


Sensitive skin is usually very dry, tends to feel tight, and becomes inflamed and irritated easily. Typically, Sensitive skin develops reddish and scaly areas, can be itchy and tingly, and is prone to breaking into spots. It is the most problematic and fragile type of skin,which needs a very special type of care. To get the right body product for this skin type too requires great research.
