FOODS TO AVOID


Weight loss only means one thing. It is actually by getting rid of those calories in your body. Most of the calories are taken from the foods and beverages you take in. So, if you try to figure out the foods which have great calorie content, and choose to avoid them, you can probably help yourself out. Here are the following foods that you need to avoid:

Alcoholic drinks- if you are fond of drinking alcohol, you better give yourself the chance to take it out in the list of your favourites. Having moderate consumption of such drinks could possibly reduce the risk of blood pressure as well as hypertension. However, too much drinking of such could already sabotage your regime for weight loss. Keep in mind that alcohol is one thing that is responsible for weight gain.

Fast foods- one of the good things that you should avoid is by eating those fast foods like burger, pizza and fries. These foods are junk ones and rich source of sodium and calories.



Meat- taking meat for your meal everyday is unhealthy. Keep in mind that such product is loaded with saturated fat and truly rich in cholesterol. Thus, you could not be only fat, but you can get those unwanted diseases such as cardiovascular illnesses and other forms.

Egg yolk- an egg yolk could actually give you 215 mg cholesterol and 80 percent of calories. However, the egg white is protein rich, so it is safe.

Ice creams- ice creams are truly restricted if you really want to lose weight. It actually contains nothing, only fat.

Potato chips- these chips are junks and contain too much salt and fat. 100 grams of these chips could actually give you 1000 to 1200 of calories. Another thing is that, salt is a rich source of sodium.

Sweets- sweet foods also need to be avoided, if you would like to lose weight. You should stop or at least limit yourself from taking in direct sugar, chocolate, nuts, doughnuts, and even pies.

Avoiding those foods mentioned above can help you burn the calories within your body and reached that size you would like to attain. One thing that you have to remember is that, you should eat 5 to 6 light weight meals in order to keep up the metabolic rate high all through the day. Otherwise, you will keep on gaining weight. This will surely result into having slow metabolism. You should also consume foods that are totally rich in nutrients. A good amount of vegetables, fruits and even whole grains need to be taken.
